Q: I forgot my password, how can I get logged in?
A:If you have a valid account, you can reset your password here. If you are part of a current Thibaut trade account, but not have not registered for a website account, you can do so here.
Q: I don't have a Thibaut account number, how can I get a login?
A:Thibaut is to the trade only, and you must first be in touch with your local Thibaut sales rep to establish a trade account. You can do so here.
Q: I attempted to register but I received an error message indicating my zip code and account number do not match.
A:Make sure to register with the shipping zip code we have on file for you, not your billing zip code which may be different. Should you need to confirm and adjust billing or shipping address information, please reach out to our Client Experience team.
